So lange wurde dieser Tag herbeigesehnt und nun endlich ist er da. Noch einmal schnell das Wetter gecheckt und die Garderobe ein wenig den Wetter Bedingungen angepasst. Das eine oder andere T-Shirt wurde noch gekauft, gewaschen und gebügelt. Erster Treffpunkt ist der Flughafen, hier hat unsere Spricki erst einmal Marion Eismann eingesammelt, kleines, spätes Frühstück eingenommen und los geht’s. Nach der Landung die erste Überraschung, 19° Grad, optimale Temperaturen, um so einiges in den nächsten Tagen zu erreichen. Nadine hat sich gemeldet, auch sie sind bald da, landet um 19 Uhr. Der Tag verlief im Zeichen des Wartens und der Ruhe vor dem Sturm. Die Freude war riesig, als die zwei gelandet sind, Auto gepackt und ab zu einem späten Nachtmahl. Ein Treffen mit Elli steht erst für den nächsten Tag um 12 Uhr an, Elli muss um 3 Uhr zur Arbeit , wo nimmt sie nur die Energie her?
Unsere Lieben sind schon auf dem Weg zum Shelter, wo sie gemeinsam um 9 Uhr starten wollen. Wir halten euch natürlich auf dem Laufenden.

Day 1 – Excitement breaks its path
Heike waited so long for this day and finally it’s here. Checking weather conditions and change all clothes to the new developments. Even new Shirts were bought, washed and ironed for this trip. First checkpoint at the Airport, Spricki picked up Marion Eismann and they had a small, late breakfast at one of the bakeries. After the landing, first surprise, 19° pretty warm for March, perfect temperature to complete a lot of work the next days. Nadine just left a messege, they are ready to take off and landing is scheduled for 7pm. It was great to see Nadine and Andreas in real life and they all are looking forward to meeting the others in the shelter. So, the first day had the motto rest and waiting, gaining some more energy for the next days, having a late dinner and heading to the hostel. Spricki had a call with Elli, they agreed to meet today at 12 o’clock, as Elli’s night shift at work starts at 3am , what a power – incredible! Today they are already on their way to the shelter.
